Paul has practiced his entire career as an advocate for his clients. He has seen cases from the side of the plaintiff and the defendant and from the view of the little guy and the big corporation. The breadth of his experience with such a wide range of cases and clients prepared him to act as an intermediary and peacemaker through the mediation process. He will do the hard work required to bring about an efficient resolution of your dispute.

Time And Location

A full-day mediation typically begins at 9:00 a.m., includes a working lunch and continues until completed. While most sessions conclude no later than 5:00 p.m., the mediation may continue into the evening if needed. A half-day mediation will usually begin at 9:00 or 1:00 p.m. and last up to four hours. The start time can be adjusted with proper notices to meet the parties’ needs.

Mediation may be held in person at Wickes Law’s Plano office or at another office location agreed upon by the parties. Mediations may also be conducted remotely by Zoom.

Fee Schedule

• Half day (4 hours):  $675 per party
• Full day (lunch provided by mediator): $1400 per party
